|"Capturing Your Cherished Moments"|
Going outside the box. All families have a family photo they put on their walls, most are taken in a studio with the same poses and smiles. But I’m the kind of photographer that likes to work outside of the box and the studio. I like the way light falls with its natural, drastic, and dappled shadows. I like the freedom of choosing from the elements of nature and allowing you to pick your favorite park, landmark or home to take your photos at. And I love when you say “can we try something new and different?” This is a photo of the Rankin family, who were so much fun and willing to let me get crafty with their photo shoot. Even though the kids are almost all grown up, they still needed a photo to show how much they cherished them all, and this was perfect for them. It was taken at the Salado creek just before sunset which is the magic hour and a photographers dream lighting for capturing all those cherished moments. What does your family photo look like? And most importantly did it capture the true personality of each one of your family members? If not, maybe now is the perfect time to schedule a session with me :)
